For 166-167: read flash with andromeda 40; edit flash: at 5220h is 166 or 167, put 163 , write back to phone and unlock with andromeda (works on 99%) for 16A with 2M flash: write at 5220h '163' and unlock with andromeda for 16B : write at 5220h "16A" etc...
