There are 9 scales per tonic, and 12 tonics per music. Each scale is recommended be
played 50 times. 50 x 9 x12 = 5400. Now, I don’t expect you to play that many scales in
one day. That’s why we must distribute these throughout the days and weeks. We will
go into detail about that in the next section.
