CHOOSE YOUR AREA OF FOCUS:
• Use the free Flowdream I gave you, “Positive Flow,” to see if you enjoy the pro-
cess. Then select a playlist or Flowdreams from www.Flowdreaming.com or the
Flowdreaming iOS or Android app.
FOCUS
• Choose any playlists or Flowdreams that address your most urgent problems or
desires. I encourage you to choose no less than two Flowdreams or one playlist
to start with.
Choosing from three to seven Flowdreams, or two to three playlists (about a
week’s worth) is ideal. You might begin with the playlist “Essential Flowdreams
(Best Of)” to begin building your Flowdreaming library.
SELECT A PROGRAM FORMAT TO FOLLOW:
On the next page are three suggested formats for listening. Choose whichever
one suits you. Your listening format will depend on how many Flowdreams you
choose to start with. Remember, you can change your area of focus anytime and
move into another area.
• Be sure you feel lots of strong, positive emotion and a sense of alignment.
• Remember, this is not meditation. Don’t quiet your mind. Give it lots to do, see,
and feel instead!
• Finally, don’t to get too specific. Go for the emotional endpoint of your desired
scenarios. (Listen to the “How to Flowdream - Introduction” 30-min audio tutorial
to learn what emotional endpoint means.)

Why do you listen to some for two
days in a row and others for just one day?
A.
You’ll feel naturally drawn to use
some Flowdreams more than others.
Follow your feelings. In this playlist,
you could choose to listen to Dazzling
Self-Love every day for five days if you
wanted! Your inner-self knows what it
needs. But if you’re not called to any
particular Flowdream over any oth-
ers, then try to listen to the all roughly
equally, as this sample programs lays
out for you.

inner strength while you simultane-

I almost always recommend choosing
both an “inner building” and an
“outer building” focus, since asking
for external changes without the inner
growth to support them can create
energetic conflict.

A.
Some days you’ll have the emo-
tional energy to listen to two, and
other days you’ll only have time or
energy for one. Choose whichever
Flowdreams speak to you the most
deeply to listen to more frequently.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Q: How does this work?
Flowdreaming couples understandings of quantum mechanics and the infinite, expanded nature of our con-
sciousness with Flow psychology as applied to spirituality. A mouthful? Yes! Read an expanded version of how
and why this works at Summer’s website, Flowdreaming.com. It’s juicy and interesting, actually.
Q: What happens if I skip a day?
If you’re sick or don’t have the emotional capacity for a day, it’s fine to skip it. The point to doing repetitive
cycles of Flowdreaming is to create a build-up of energy and emotion in the direction you want your life to go in.
The more you feel it, the more you become it, and the more you become it, the more and faster your future will
pattern off you.
Q: What if I can’t feel the emotion I’m supposed to feel?
Sometimes, we’ve learned to control our emotions so well that we need to reawaken them. You need to think
about wooing your emotions. Do you feel safe when you’re emotional? Read my blog or listen to my podcast,
Flowdreaming (on iTunes or my website) for a deeper discussion of how to lovingly awaken your emotions.
Q: How do I know if I’m doing it right?
Almost everyone asks this question at some point. The first time you do anything, you aren’t an expert. You’ll
grow into Flowdreaming. For now, just seek the feelings of alignment, flow, and deep emotion surrounding
whatever you’re manifesting. Those clue you into to what “doing it right” feels like. Better yet, post your question
about “doing it right” at Flowdreaming on Facebook, or listen to Summer’s podcast, Flowdreaming, on iTunes or
your favorite platform.
Q: What if I fall asleep?
First, Flowdream when you have energy! Don’t do it when you get home from work, tired and spent. Think
instead about Flowdreaming during times when you’d normally drift into a daydream—like when you’re doing
chores, taking a walk or run, or showering. Anytime your body is involved in a repetitive motion, your mind will
have a tendency to “unhook,” and this is perfect for Flowdreaming.
Q: How will I know when it’s working?
Looks for changes in your thinking, and for new opportunities. Look for coincidences. When you start shift-
ing internally, you’re life shifts around you. Old things move out, and new things pop up. Pay attention to when
something new feels right. Remember that your next step is always continually put before you. It’s often a mat-
ter of just waking up your awareness to see it.
Q: Where can I learn more about how to use this program?
Think of this program as a great toolset and introductory program to the world of Flow, but there is so much
more! To really shift your life and manifesting to the next level requires you to dive deep into how and why ou’ve
created what you aleready have, and what you want to either release or nourish as you move forward.
What you
are
is what you manifest.
Change what you
are,
and you change what kind of things enter life on a daily basis.

Q: Can I do the same Flowdream for more than one day in a row?
Absolutely. If you’re feeling it, then it’s obviously triggered something deep that needs expressing and/or creat-
ing. Feel free to vary up your program and play the same track for several days, or exclusively all week if you
want! You can also mix up tracks from various focuses together to create your own customized playlist. Focus
on consistency. It’s not which Flowdream you use that’s important, it’s how often and how deeply and clearly
you communicate and reprogram the energy template of your Flow.
