About_this_directory.txt

The files ExcludeListUSB-*.txt were copied from the directory
wsusoffline/exclude.

The original files are in a format to be used with the Windows script
CopyToTarget.cmd and xcopy.exe.

They had to be edited to be used with the Linux script copy-to-target.bash
and rsync. Changes include:

- changing the separator for pathnames from "\" to "/"
- adding case-sensitive filters like ndp46 and NDP46, ndp472 and NDP472
- adding shell patterns "*" as needed
- adding the filter *vcredist2017_x64* to the file ExcludeListUSB-w60.txt
- adding the filter /bin/IfAdmin.cpp to all exclude lists

Some files were renamed, to better match the command-line parameters of
the script copy-to-target.bash:
