We continue 2020’s theme
commemorating 80 years since
the Battle of Britain with a lovely
aftermarket build of Airfix’s
re-released 1/48 Hurricane Mk.I,
showing just what’s possible in
terms of adding detail to the
already well-appointed styrene
parts. Unfortunately, the planned
Walrus build isn’t ready yet, but
it will be adorning the cover of
a future issue. In another slight
change, the show guide page
features just those events that
we know are still planned, and
this will continue until the current
Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.
This issue features two brand-
new contributors, and I’m sure
you’ll agree their builds of Revell’s
1/32 Arado Ar 196 and the 1/35
Romfell Panzerwagen by Copper
State Models are stunning. We’re
also presenting new toolings
in the form of Tamiya’s 1/35
Sheridan tank and a 1/72 Special
Duties Lysander from Dora Wings.
