NOTE!
Turn off the phone.
Remove the battery cover with your fingers. Put
a finger in the cavity and bend/lift the cover
straight up like the picture show.

Remove the battery from the phone with your
fingers. Press on the plastic spring (1) in the
arrow direction to unleash the battery.
NOTE!
It will be more easy if you at the same time turn
the phone around.

NOTE!
Be careful not to scratch the frame with the
opening tool.

NOTE!
The tool has a chamfer on one side (1). This side
should be directed towards the phone.
Use the Snap opening tool NTZ 112 544 to
separate the frame from the front. Place it as the
picture shows (2).
NOTE!
Do not bend the tool, just push
straight in the arrow direction (3).
If you bend the tool then it will be
destroyed!!
And press hard until they become separated
from each other.
Do the same thing on the other side of the phone
(4).

NOTE!
Be careful not to scratch the frame with the
K700i/front opening tool.

Press (hard) with the K700i/front opening tool
NTZ 112 540 between the front and the frame
(1) until you get a small gap in the upper side of
the phone.
The phone has two “sidehooks” (2) in the frame
– Bend the front little to booth sides so the side
hooks come loose.
NOTE!
Make sure that they (the sidehooks) are fully
open/released.

NOTE!
Be careful not to damage the bottom hooks (1)
and the frame when they separate from each
other.
Do NOT bend the front to much apart from the
frame (2) due to the hooks in the bottom end of
the front.
Then slide the front backwards from the frame
(3).
NOTE!
Sometimes the keyboard will fall out when the
front is disassembled.

Remove the Speaker Grommet with a blunt pair
of tweezers.

NOTE!
When handling the main LCD be careful and do
not ever touch the display glass.
Remove the two inside cabinet screws at the top
of the LCD carrier.
NOTE!
Removed screws cannot be reused and must be
scrapped.
